In this post I do not intend to tell the man how to
dress but give some tips on how to properly wear certain clothes.
COSTUME
Unbutton the buttons on the jacket (cutaway for Latin
America ) to sit : with it you'll get to see more slender while not spoil the
garment. Remember to buckle up again to get up.
The dark suits convey power and authority and are
more elegant ( I understand " dark " as navy or dark gray).
The black suit is reserved for funerals.
The light suits are more casual and transmit
accessibility ( I mean "clear" as light gray). The suit is for clear
mornings.
SHIRT
To bring a suit remember to use fine wool.
White shirts convey authority and power, those in
stripes or checks are more informal and transmit accessibility.
The initials on shirts go up to the last left rib (yes,
Believe it, or not go far chest cuffs ).
Personally I do not like colored shirts with white
collars and cuffs, but there are tastes for everything.
Try not to overuse the bold colors too.
Do not wear short -sleeved jacket, are nothing elegant.
In fact try not to wear short sleeves in general.
If you fold the sleeves of your shirt, never do it
above the elbow.

TIE.
I will not say whether or not take, but if you do remember:
The windsor knot is outdated, especially if you're
young.
The length of the tie should reach your belt buckle.
Try out the straight tie.
Avoid bright colors, people will say " What a
cheerful tie " when actually think, " what kind tacky ".
SHOES
Clean them daily.
Moccasins are informal, when you go to wear a suit
remember to use dark shoe.
If you will not wear a suit booties, much less boots (...
and nungún other shoe)
The deck shoes are not formal.
Do not wear light brown shoes with a dark suit.
(Personally I do not like brown shoes, but for taste ;))
Keep your shoes on wooden lasts, will keep better.
